1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will be shipped within one to five days since receiving an order, and then your item may take 14- 35 business days to reach your doorstep. Each product at LOOLANA has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. 

 

2. What if I need to return something?

No worries! Contact us and we'll help guide you through process to send the item back.

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. 

All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer's bank account. 

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll help guide you through process to send the item back.
